Report an ethics concern or fraud
What should you report?
Reports should relate to issues or concerns in respect of the following:
- Non-compliance with laws or regulations
- Non-compliance with the NTT Ltd. Code of Conduct
- Inappropriate behavior by an NTT employee, contractor, service provider or client
- Suspicious or unusual activity by an NTT employee, contractor, service provider or client
- Illegal behavior, or misconduct in the business
- Behavior in contravention of NTT policies or values
The following examples are not reportable ethics concerns and these should be reported and escalated to the management of the business that you are engaging with:
- Service-related complaints
- IT-related or system-related complaints
- Product queries or warranties on products
