NTT DATA and CalcFocus Announce Completion of Platform Integration in Life Insurance and Annuity Market

Integration of NTT DATA’s Global Insurance Digital Platform and CalcFocus’ Achieve platform creates comprehensive BPaaS solution

Plano, Texas – April 8, 2025 – NTT DATA, a global leader in digital business and technology services, and CalcFocus, a leading provider of advanced policy administration and illustration platforms, have announced the successful integration of CalcFocus’s cutting-edge policy administration platform, Achieve, and NTT DATA's Global Insurance Digital Platform (GIDP). This integration allows insurers to manage large blocks more efficiently and provides a comprehensive BPaaS (Business Process as a Service) solution to quickly introduce new products to the market.

This partnership is a key part of NTT DATA's Third-Party Administration (TPA) solution for the life insurance and annuity (L&A) market, aiming to enhance the market by leveraging the combined expertise and innovative technologies of both companies. NTT DATA and CalcFocus have been working together for almost a year to build this integrated solution.
