Doug Adams is the President and Chief Executive Officer of NTT DATA Global Data Centers. As the global leader of the world’s third largest data center provider, Doug oversees the management of more than 150 data centers in 20 countries worldwide.

He also leads the rapid development and expansion of our data center division, managing more than $10 billion in capital development to deliver secure and sustainable infrastructure to the world’s most innovative brands.

Doug has been instrumental in shaping the landscape of data centers and driving innovation in the industry. He cofounded RagingWire in 2000 growing it into a market leader before its acquisition by NTT. He previously held executive roles at NEC Technologies and started his career in sales and business development at Mars, Inc.

Florian Winkler is the Global Chief Operating Officer of NTT DATA Global Data Centers, overseeing the development of global operational functions to enhance scalability, efficiency and high-quality service delivery for clients worldwide.

With over 25 years of experience in the ICT and data center industry, he has played a key role in business transformation and operational strategy.

Before becoming Global COO, Florian served as CEO of NTT DATA Global Data Centers EMEA, where he led regional integration efforts and expansion into new markets. He previously held leadership roles at e-shelter, BT Global Services and Siemens, specializing in business development and client-focused ICT solutions.

Makoto Shimizu is the Chief Financial Officer of NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where he oversees corporate finance for the company.

Makoto’s career at NTT spans over two decades, during which he has held various leadership positions within NTT DATA Global Data Centers as well as NTT Communications. Prior to being appointed CFO in 2023, Makoto led the Tax and Treasury group for the company. In his current role as CFO, Makoto leverages his extensive financial expertise and industry knowledge to drive the strategic financial management of our data center operations worldwide.

Joe Goldsmith is the Managing Director for the Americas at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, responsible for all aspects of go-to-market strategy and execution, including: sales, business development, channels, and sales operations.

Joe is a seasoned sales executive with more than 25 years of experience, including more than a decade in the data center industry. Before joining RagingWire, Joe was the Chief Revenue Officer for Vantage Data Centers, utilizing his expertise in complex contract and lease negotiations to lead Vantage to become an industry leader in wholesale data centers. Prior to that, Joe was Vice President and General Manager at Digital Realty, where he led efforts related to global alliances, channel sales and colocation products. He has also served as Executive Director of Global Accounts at Qwest, Director of Sales at FiberTower, and Vice President of Sales at Colo.com.

Alok Bajpai is the Managing Director for the India operations of NTT DATA Global Data Centers. In this role, Bajpai oversees the development and expansion of our data center operations across key markets in India.

Alok’s career is defined by transformative leadership in a range of industries and regions. He has driven turnarounds for a Nasdaq-listed IT services firm and overseen multi-regional operations in Canada, Nigeria and India. His previous positions include Chief Financial Officer at AdaniConneX, CSS Corp, and Intelligroup, where he led mergers, acquisitions and operational restructures, including Intelligroup’s sale to NTT DATA at a premium valuation.

A Chartered Accountant (India), Certified Public Accountant (CPA) (USA) and UK management graduate, Alok has received many accolades in the course of his career, including being named "Most Influential CFO" by the Chartered Institute of Management Accountants (CIMA).

Konstantin Hartmann is the Managing Director for the EMEA operations of NTT DATA Global Data Centers.

Konstantin has over 10 years of experience in building client-oriented processes and structures in markets with diverse client segments and requirements. He joined e-shelter, now part of NTT DATA, in 2017 and established the pre-sales division to support sales activities.

In 2019, he took over as leader of the Commercial Management business unit and assumed further responsibilities for data center presales, product management, client delivery and client success management activities in EMEA. In July 2021, the Sales and Commercial business units of NTT DATA Global Data Centers EMEA were merged under Konstantin’s leadership.

Konstantin holds a master’s degree in management from the International School of Management in Frankfurt.

Yasuo Suzuki is Executive Vice President, Managing Director for Japan and APAC for NTT DATA Global Data Centers and is responsible for the overall data center service in Japan and APAC.

At the beginning of his career in the international business portfolio of NTT, Yasuo served as Duty General Manager of the NTT Communications Philippines Branch between 1998 and 2001. From 2001 to 2008, he was responsible for business development in the Americas, Europe, Asia Pacific, India, the Middle East and Russia, engaging with various telecom carriers to deploy NTT Communications’ network services globally. He played a key role in helping to expand NTT Communications’ international business portfolio.

From 2008 to 2013, Yasuo was Director of Group and Alliance Strategy in the Corporate Planning Department, responsible for various global acquisitions, including Netmagic, Virtela, PC1 Cable and Emerio. He moved to the Data Center Engineering Department in 2013 and joined RagingWire Data Centers in USA as Senior Vice President of Corporate Planning in 2015, contributing to the growth of our data center business in the US until March 2020, when he assumed his current role.

Brittany Miller is the Global Senior Vice President of Infrastructure Development at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, overseeing global construction, engineering and supply chain operations.

With over 15 years of experience, she has led major infrastructure projects across the data center, cloud and semiconductor industries.

Before joining NTT DATA Global Data Centers, Brittany held leadership roles at Microsoft and Intel, where she managed large-scale construction programs, supply chain operations and strategic infrastructure development.

Bruno Berti is the Senior Vice President of Global Product Management at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where he oversees the development and management of colocation and data center service offerings worldwide.

With more than two decades of experience, he has led teams and launched innovative solutions across industries, including data centers, SaaS and telecommunications.

Prior to joining NTT DATA Global Data Centers, Bruno held senior roles at SunGard Availability Services and Meridian Systems, focusing on disaster recovery, enterprise software and product strategy.

Denise Hannan is the Senior Vice President, Legal and Human Resources for NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where she oversees the global legal and human resources operations across 20 countries. In this role, Denise is responsible for strategic legal decisions, compliance, and human resources management. She also provides business and legal advice for major corporate decisions across all business areas.

Prior to joining NTT GDCDATA, Denise was an executive at a multi-industry organization focused on hospitality, real estate development, commercial property management, and equipment leasing. She has specialized skills in data center commercial contracting, real estate development and construction, employment and labor law, governance, risk and compliance, and human resources.

Denise is a licensed attorney and realtor, as well as a trained mediator, and has been providing executive-level services to companies for over 20 years.

Will Innis is the Senior Vice President of Global Investment at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where he is responsible for global investment strategy and transactions functions.

Will brings two decades of experience in real estate and digital infrastructure investments to NTT DATA, having joined the company in 2018. Prior to this, he held senior positions at prominent institutional investment groups and advisory firms, including AXA Investment Managers, Waypoint Capital and JLL.

Joe Pace is Senior Vice President, Executive Adviser and Chief of Staff at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where he is responsible for leading and driving key strategic initiatives on behalf of the CEO.

Previously, Joe held senior roles at RagingWire Data Centers, including Chief of Staff to the CEO and Construction Business Operations Manager. His expertise spans integration initiatives, project management and financial analysis, making him a pivotal figure in the data center industry.

Steven Lim is the Senior Vice President of Marketing at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where he oversees global go-to-market strategies, demand generation and brand-awareness initiatives.

Throughout his career, Steven has successfully led marketing teams to drive significant revenue growth and enhance enterprise value. He has a proven track record in building corporate brands, shaping customer experiences and developing innovative go-to-market solutions.

Before joining NTT DATA, Steven was a Customer Marketing Leader at LinkedIn and served as Vice President/Head of Marketing at Vantage Data Centers. As part of the senior executive team Aat Vantage, he was instrumental in increasing the company's valuation fivefold. Steven also held management roles at Equinix, McAfee and Cisco.

Jonathan Scofield is Vice President, Global Transformation for NTT DATA Global Data Centers, where he orchestrates our Get Fit and transformation efforts across all regions and functions to bring our strategy to execution.

In this role, Jonathan is responsible for strategy and vision, horizontal integration and change management, transformation portfolio management and governance, and transformation rhythm and pace.

Prior to joining NTT DATA, Jonathan was Managing Director for Ernst & Young’s Transformation & Program Management practice, where he supported companies across a number of industries in their transformation and complex enterprise project management office (EPMO) and program management initiatives. He also consulted with hyperscale data center companies for over 10 years, assisting in everything from M&A integrations to structuring, managing and delivering their portfolios of data center build and lease projects.

Jonathan is a retired U.S. Air Force Officer of 24 years, with experience ranging from aircraft maintenance to new technology development programs.

Anne de Conde is the Senior Vice President of Global Governance, Risk and Compliance for NTT DATA Global Data Centers. In this role, she oversees legal and governance matters, ensuring compliance and effective management across our global operations.

Prior to this position, Anne led legal, governance, and human resources for the EMEA region. Before joining NTT DATA, Anne held senior legal positions at several firms in Germany, including CIE Automotive and Inteva Products.

Throughout her career at NTT DATA Global Data Centers, Anne’s leadership has been instrumental in navigating complex legal landscapes and fostering a collaborative work environment. With a background in corporate law and extensive experience in the data center industry, Anne plays a crucial role in driving our strategic initiatives and maintaining our position as a leader in the global market.
