This half-day workshop helps you understand if your network is ready for planned voice technology. We provide you with a readiness checklist after the workshop.

Legacy Voice Analysis

In this half-day workshop, we review your current voice environment and map out the transition to the target technology to identify gaps and potential risks to the user experience. We provide you with a readiness checklist after the workshop.

Voice Readiness

This full-day workshop gives you a thorough understanding of how your planned voice technology and our capabilities will meet your requirements. We cover the technical delivery approach for different site types, review voice requirements for different countries and regions, and explore solutions for complex use cases. We provide you with a readiness checklist after the workshop.

2. Project Delivery Readiness

Through this half-day workshop, we understand and codevelop the delivery schedule, taking into account any potential risks, the porting approach, and prerequisites for a high-velocity, low-risk delivery. We follow up with a readiness checklist and high-level project plan.

3. Adoption & Change Management Delivery Readiness

This half-day workshop helps us understand key user personas and use cases, so we can identify training and communication strategies and codevelop the adoption delivery schedule. We follow up with a high-level adoption plan and readiness checklist.

4. Managed Services Readiness

In this half-day workshop, we explore your support requirements for session border controllers (SBCs), end user devices and applications, SIP trunks, third-party carrier trunks and video meeting rooms. We then map these to our managed services offers and identify any additional requirements, such as security, ebonds and governance. We provide you with a readiness checklist after the workshop.
