NTT DATA Named a Market Leader in HFS Research Generative AI Services Report

Analyst Firm Credits NTT DATA for Delivering Business Value and for ‘Reinventing Itself Through GenAI’  

TOKYO – December 15, 2023 – NTT DATA, a global digital business and IT services leader, today announced that HFS Research has named the company a “Horizon 3 Market Leader” – the highest of three possible grades – in its HFS Horizons: Generative Enterprise™ Services, 2023 report. The report assessed 35 service providers’ ability to create business value for enterprise clients that are adopting and experimenting with generative AI (GenAI) technologies.

HFS Research rated NTT DATA as a Market Leader based on a number of factors including the company’s integration of GenAI into already mature approaches. The report listed as key strengths NTT DATA’s use of Large Language Models to transform its practices to apply learnings for clients and its record of enabling value-realizing client case studies using GenAI.
