Empowering and enabling women is a vital part of these efforts. It’s also important to reflect on the achievements and contributions of women across various fields, acknowledging the challenges they have overcome, and the progress still needed.

We believe that by promoting diversity, equity and inclusion and celebrating women, we build stronger, more inclusive and innovative communities where everyone has the opportunity to thrive.

Celebrating Women’s Month

This Women’s Month, we honor our women and their accomplishments and inspire future generations to strive for gender equality and an inclusive society where everyone can flourish.
 
Our theme, ‘“Step into your stride”, recognizes that we empower women by allowing them to embrace their strengths and potential, and follow their own path. We recognize that every woman is a superhero in her own way, with the strength and ability to make powerful strides forward in every aspect of her life, and the resilience to face challenges head-on.
 
We encourage women to recognize their potential, believe in themselves, and confidently take charge of their careers.
 
As we celebrate the unique paths and diverse backgrounds of women in our organization, we asked some of our colleagues to share how they have stepped into their stride and what advice they would give to young girls.
